Earth and the Wonders I’ve Seen

For my interpretation of this week’s photo challenge, I’ll take a look at all the places I’ve visited here onΒ Earth.

I haven’t travelled as much as I want to, but I have seen quite a few incredible things.

In my home country of New Zealand, I hiked the Tongariro Crossing and saw the Emerald Lakes.

I went to Sydney, and I was able to see the Blue Mountains, an impressive rock formation.

Bondi Beach, a beach with white sand, clear blue seas, and a lot more impressive than the beaches back home.

I travelled to Peru a few years back, and saw so many incredible things. Lake Humantay, a lake so clear and mystical.

The most recent place I visited was Taveuni in Fiji. The sunsets were breathtaking.

As was the environment.

Earth is such a beautiful planet. I’m very blessed to have seen and visited the place I have. There is so much more to this world though, I love looking through the pictures and posts that others have written. I hope I continue to be lucky and see more of this wonderful planet we all reside on.

  1. Ah I am totally envious of all the beautiful scenic things you’ve seen and captured to share with us all. New Zealand is high up on my list of places to visit. Followed my Matchu Picchu! In the meantime I’ll live vicariously though your photos lol Which would you say has been your favorite if you had to choose one?!

    1. I follow so many travel blogs just so i can live vicariously through their photos XD But i am so happy that I’ve been able to do my own share of travelling. Ooh, if I had to choose one. I would say Peru, specifically Machu Picchu. The hike before it was really hard, but then i felt like i really earned my visit. It’s literally another world πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

  2. Amazing adventures! I’m still learning to get more acquainted with the outdoors. The post of mine you commented on, Point Lobos, that trip gave me the extra push I needed to try. This year we went to Vancouver Island and I finally went on β€œreal” hikes. We’re going back later on this year πŸ™‚

    1. Thanks you! And that’s cool that you’re now starting to go out more since Point Lobos. Heading out and going for hikes can be a bit daunting at first, but the views you get are always worth it πŸ˜ƒ
