Hi guys!

I’ve been nominated by Elena from outn’about for two awards. I’ve already done the Versatile Blogger Award (it was my first ever award!), so I will be doing the One Lovely Blog Award. They both have similar rules, so get ready to hear some facts!

Rules:

  • Thank the person who nominated you and link to their blog
  • Post about the award
  • Share 7 facts about yourself
  • Nominate 10 people
  • Let your nominees know you’ve nominated them!

Elena has a wonderful blog which I suggest you check out! It’s similar to mine where she posts about her thoughts, ideas, rambles and photographs! Her tagline is “A blog for all those, who love writing, reading, creating, just because it makes you smile”, which is so lovely.

Seven Facts About Me

  1. I use my phone everyday to the point where I need to charge it everyday.
  2. I constantly lose my iPod. My tiny little iPod nano, every morning before I go, I’m running around looking for it, because I can’t go walking around without my music.
  3. Speaking of losing things, I always lose my hair clips. I keep buying them, and they keep vanishing. Where do they go?
  4. I love mandalas. I have a lotus mandala tattoo (and I want to get a full one next), I love looking at them, and I just bought a colouring book specifically with only mandala designs.
  5. I am very sentimental. I keep all the things. Cards, tickets, souvenirs, knick knacks.
  6. I prefer being cold to being hot. It’s easy to warm yourself up, but harder to cool yourself down. Room temperature is perfect.
  7. I prefer having a tv show or Youtube clip playing in the background as I do things, rather than music. Not really sure why.

Time to nominate people. I nominate everyone who has yet to claim this lovely award. I love reading everyone’s blogs, so I’ll open it up to the floor 😀

If you have a random fact you’d like to share about yourself, let me know down in the comments, I always love knowing random tidbits about you guys.

As always, if you’d like to know a little more about me, feel free to check out the other awards I have been lucky enough to get. You can find these in the Awards category 😀

Angela.

  1. Why are iPod NaNo’s so easy to lose? Hahaha! I’ve had two different ones over the years, and they both easily get lost – usually in the depths of my purse. 😂 I’d love to accept this lovely (hehe) award! I haven’t been nominated for it before, so I’d enjoy posting about it, if you don’t mind. 😊 I hope you’re having a great day, Angela!

  2. I find it fascinating how different people can be. I always have music playing in the background. I never even consider some people prefer words for background noise. Another fact, I almost always have a pair of headphones on me to listen to music. If I don’t have them it’s because I forgot them at home.

    1. Yeah its funny how we all prefer different background noise. Growing up, the tv was always on. I think that’s why I prefer having shows rather than music on in the back

  3. Losing hair clips and hair bands…all day everyday! I have had to give myself a separate place to store them, and try to force myself to put them back, every time I take them out. I’m also sentimental. My favourite childhood film was the Lindsay Lohan version of The Parent Trap. The twins have their own tinned boxes which they store memories in, and I have now done the same! haha I fulfilled one of my childhood wishlists.

  4. Hair clips….thats totally me too…and bobby pins! I buy a whole pack and before I know it, they’re all vanished and gone missing lol. I think it’s sweet that you keep all your knick-knacks perfect for making memorbilias….do you ever make scrapbooks with them?

    1. I have made a scrapbook with my travel memorabilia, one for Peru, and I’m currently making one for Sydney. As for the others, I normally make keepsake boxes for them. I have one for my wedding, and one from stuff back in school 😀
